Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods (launches, sales, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Singapore: 2–3 business days

• Asia: 3–5 business days

• UK / Australia: 4–7 business days

• United States / Rest of World: 4–7 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, feel free to reach out to us at info@talkingtoessocks.com and we’ll help investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated.

Express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on destination.
